Carnivale about to emerge from the woods. . .

First up, I apply a thinned base coat of white, I'm not too worries about being overly tidy just yet. . .

Second, I've applied an initial wash of Winsor and Newton orange ink that is very thinned down, to all the white areas to help with visual definition. . .

This time, I apply another wash of orange ink, but straight from the bottle, the aim here is to dab the ink on so it pools more and starts to create the extra vibrant colour I'm looking for. . .

Here, I've applied another orange ink layer alongside bloodletter glaze whilst it is still wet. . .

Continuing on, this time I dabbed on more orange ink, followed by carroburg crimson into the recesses. . .

Carnivale expands and more. . .

Terrain is also in the pipeline, not far from being finished too. . .

The Planet Null

The Red Count & The Ice Warrior come forth . . .

Some visual inspiration, it turns out the planet harbours creatures of great magnitude, living below the frozen sea, these would have been attempted to be hunted by various tribes. It is rumoured that the great beasts may be in some part the reason for the null status of the planet, something that draws a great many for good or bad. . .

The start of a new project, a frozen planet beckons but what treasures does it hide. . .

Legion went to Warhammer World yesterday, good to get them pretty well finished in time some how, there will be more to come in the near future. . . Better pics will be taken in due course too. . .
